I’m entirely focused on creating useful, usable, and meaningful experiences for regular people like you and me.
For the past year and a half, I’ve been leading the customer experience program at McKesson, a Fortune 5, B2B healthcare company. I oversee user research, information architecture, and all design aspects of the corporate website, including optimization and personalization.
Previous to McKesson, I was head of the New Media Product Development team at DIRECTV Latin America. We created new and innovative web products for over six million DIRECTV customers in nine Latin American countries. Some of the sites/applications that we built included: DIRECTV Play – DIRECTV LA’s streaming video portal, a first-of-its-kind E-commerce platform, and MiDIRECTV, the self-service customer portal. During my time there, I created various UX programs such as usability testing, eye-tracking, web optimization (A/B testing), and voice-of-customer.
Prior experiences include stints as a design and IT consultant, and at various early-mid stage start-ups. Outside of the office, I can usually be found hiking, climbing, or planning my next international travel.
